VSE Corporation is a Prime Contractor of the PEO CS & CSS Omnibus III Program awarded by U.S. Tank-automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) located at Warren, Michigan. The PEO CS & CSS Omnibus III Program provides federal managers an efficient and effective means of acquiring critical service support, thus sustaining crucial weapon systems, mitigating system downtime, and serving the immediate needs of the war fighters and peacekeepers. The Omnibus III Program Office manages a Multiple Award Task Order contract vehicle that consists of eight Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts with a five-year period of performance, including options. The Primary User of the Omnibus III Program is the PEO CS & CSS but it is also open to all TACOM LCMC Organizations and Its Partners. PEO CS & CSS approval is required for Others to use.
